Gaze Beyond Fitness was founded in 2023 by fitness enthusiast and certified personal trainer, Gaizel (Gaze) Lejano. Through her own experiences, she understands that body image issues and low self-esteem can be significant obstacles for women seeking to improve their health and wellbeing. So she made a commitment to transform her lifestyle and become the best version of herself.
